As Oxford Dynamics advanced its AI capabilities in support of the UK’s Strategic Defence Review, they required a desktop application that translated powerful machine intelligence into clear, actionable tools for defence teams. Working with the internal leadership and engineering teams to shape the experience across two core applications — focusing on usability, clarity, and the human side of AI. Through user research sessions, journey mapping, and iterative UX design, we helped ensure the technology supported informed decision-making without adding complexity. By grounding the interface in the needs and language of its users, we created a system that felt both advanced and accessible — bridging the gap between technical capability and operational confidence.
